As Participants work with Samaritan Mentors, during each meeting together they update a record of the Participant’s strengths and weaknesses in the Next Steps Database and in the Participant’s NSSC Individual Development Plan Checklist. Via the Checklist they both can see, at a glance, in what employment and social areas the Participant has (a) developed new skills and (b) needs to take Next Steps to achieve his/her goals.
